1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Account Suspension and Termination

99bk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, is involved in fraudulent activity, poses a risk of money laundering, or has been registered by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon termination of your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC and compliance checks. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99bk is incorporated and operates as an offshore platform.
